6. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content, designs, codes, and materials created by Indowebtech remain our intellectual property until full payment is received
- Upon full payment, ownership rights for the agreed deliverables are transferred to the client unless stated otherwise

7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive business information shared during the project and not disclose it to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.
8. Third-Party Services
Indowebtech may use or integrate third-party tools, platforms, or services such as hosting providers, ad platforms, or plugins. We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, or issues caused by third-party services.
9. Limitation of Liability
